One of the best mechanics I have experienced in Texas. Friendly, genuine, and someone you can definitely learn from, especially for the younger generation that are interested in learning how to take care of their vehicles. When I needed a Prepurchase Inspection done for a Lexus vehicle I was interested in, it really helped to have this mechanic look into it before I made my final decision. I would highly recommend William for any car service that you need, especially for new car owners looking for their first car. Even if the dealership says your car is good and even if it has certified warranty, still have a mechanic check it just to be safe. Fantastic service overall!!!

William is an absolute genius. He is a walking car encyclopedia!!!! You will not find better. And he is amazing about responding and giving information. 10’s across the board. I will take my bmw to him. If you want someone who actually knows what they’re doing, call William!!!!!

Nov 30th 2025 while visiting San Antonio, our truck shut down unexpectedly. No lights, no indicators, no sound. A Good Mechanic mobile service came to our resort, cleaned our battery terminals, repaired our battery monitoring module which restored communication to the car computer. I would highly recommend A Good Mechanic mobile service. A masterful mobile mechanic technician! ML

Should be 6 stars!!!!!! TOP NOTCH MECHANIC should be his name… instead of GOOD MECHANIC. 2007 element wouldn’t start and after taking it to Beldons I was told frozen motor. I came to terms with junking my great running element. After googling engine swap, Good mechanic popped up. Long story short… he gave me no BS, found out it wasn’t a frozen motor, fixed my car in my garage, saved me from getting a new car, and I’m back on the road. Saved me time and money, spent time on the phone w me and the forums for unique issues. THANK YOU GOOD MECHANIC…sorry I mean GREAT MECHANIC

Super talented and knowledgeable mechanic and above all helpful. Was able to get me up and running in no time at all. Shared a ton of insight about my car as well. He really knows his stuff. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Definitely the real deal!

William is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever came across I was 6 hours away from home when my hub bearing went out, my wheel could have flew if I was going any faster he was there in less than 30 minutes and took care of us in less than 2 hours being in a place far from home could be scary I really feel William is by far a blessing of a mechanic and his pricing is really fair

First off william is a cool dude! He figured out what was wrong with my car in what seemed like 5 mins! He also educated me on maintenance of my vehicle! I know nothing about cars and he didn't make me feel bad for that lol. Thanks william!

Had my starter replaced and everything went smoothly. Mr. mechanic was professional, explained the issue clearly, and got the job done in a timely manner. The car is starting perfectly now. Fair pricing and solid work — I’d definitely recommend and would come back again.
